House of Yes

I am filming all day today and tomorrow on my next R.A.T. Episode, so I have been darting around like mad getting everything together!! I can't wait to show it to you guys!

I decided to take a break from prepping to support a fellow actor! I haven't been to much theater in LA, but last night I got to go see my friend Tyler Shamy in the play "The House of Yes"!

He did an awesome job, like I always say I am blessed to have really talented friends! I brought him cupcakes from "Yummy Cupcakes" in the Valley, which are the best! I figure, you get girls roses for a play, but guys usually just like food LOL!

My camera was running out of battery, but I was able to get a few pictures before it died on me! (The main picture above is Andrew and I, he took the pictures below so he wasn't in them :(, what a trooper!)

Brittani Change

I wanted to see how many wardrobe changes I could make in one video!! 70 outfits later, and this is what I came up with!! xoxo :)

Mini Golf!!

I GOT TO GO MINI-GOLFING!! I haven't been in forever, I mean F O R E V E R!!! There is a place pretty close to where all my friends live, so we hopped into two cars and sped off!

On the first hole, Andrew hit his ball into the bushes LOL!! We used Taylor's cell phone as a flash light and found it!

They made me the score keeper, unfairly if I might say so myself, and I was doing a lousy job of keeping track so Eric ripped up the score card and threw it in the lake!

There were spider and bugs and ants everywhere on the course!! At one point Tyler ripped off his shirt because there was a bug on him and ran around trying to get it off!

Taylor threw Eric's ball into the lake, we got it out, only for Tyler's ball to get thrown in the lake! Below is a picture of Tyler trying to fish his ball out lol!

There were two little cute bunnies that are like the mascot of the place!! Andrew really wanted to pet it and wouldn't leave it alone long enough for me to get a clear picture, so I just got the bunny running away! :)

We only played like 5 holes and gave up! Between the lost golf balls and spiders, we decided to escape into the arcade!

Taylor won the jackpot twice on an arcade game, so we all got silly cool prizes!!

After mini-golfing, we all hung out and watched Robot Chicken!! Seth Green is a genius!

Super Sunday

This weekend has been a friend Marathon!! I was a freaking social butterfly! Granted, I did work on youtube stuff half of the time, but still I had some serious friend bonding!

Friday night, I went and saw Chronicles of Narnia with my friends Tyler and Andrew!

Saturday during the day, I lost my car key while hiking and a 1.5 hour hike turned into 4 hours! That night I went to Aubrey's Birthday party!

Then Sunday, I went with Aubrey to see "What Happens in Vegas", really cute movie! Afterwards we walked around and looked at shops! I found the perfect Rhonda purse and had Aubrey take a picture!









We also took her car through the car wash! My car hasn't been washed in months, so it was a new experience for me lol!



















Then Sunday night I went and saw Chronicles of Narnia again with my friend Crystal and Eric! Eric works at the movie theater we like to go to, so we all got in for free!

Isn't life fun? Off to film today, new episode will be up Thursday! I will possibly post a blog with stills from the footage!

Dave and Buster's :)

I love birthday parties!! Last night was my awesome friend Aubrey's B-day bash!! We went to Dave and Buster's, which is like a huge arcade/restaurant/bar!

If you have never been, you have to go!! It has tons and tons of fun games, and if you pool your tickets like we did, you can win grade A quality tacky prizes!!

I got Aubrey a purse and candy for her B-day! I think she liked the candy more!! LOL!









I brought my ghetto camera to the festivities and took a ton of pictures!! Here are some highlights of the night!

Day Off!!

I had an amazing Day off yesterday, or half day off!! I love to work, but even a workaholic likes me needs some down time every now and again!!

Lately, I have been getting into this routine where the day that I upload my new video to youtube, I get to relax for the rest of it. Then I catch up with the madness the next day!

I got a pedicure, lol my toes sooooo needed it! Then I went and ran errands and picked up a couple of things I needed from Sephora at the mall!

Later, my good friends Taylor and Tyler ambushed me and took me to dinner at Tula's!! I had already gotten food, but I am perfect bring a long dinner entertainment! But, I did have a few on Tyler's french fries, yum, and of course I brought my camera!! PICTURE TIME!!

R.A.T. Flip

Welcome to My World :)

I am on the the ball this week!! Usually I start filming on Tuesday or Wednesday, sit in my room for the next 24 hours, and edit to get it done by Thursday!

This week, I will finish my episode and finally get ahead! Super wicked cool!

I thought i would take some pictures of my room while I am filming, so you can see what I do in my small space! I have a green screen from http://www.tubetape.com, and two halogen painters lamps from Lowe's!! I also take apart two of the lamps in my room, so I can use them for lighting!! Haha it is a crude set-up, but it gets the job done!

Most everything on my episodes is filmed on my iMac computer using the built in isight camera! It is amazing what that little sucker can do!

I get a lot of questions about what editing software that I use, well here ya go:
-imovie (filming, export footage from DVNTSC mode to Final Cut)
-Final Cut Pro (editing and conversion to mpeg4 for upload)
-Composite Lab Pro (green screen and mild special effects)
-Garageband (for soundtrack)




Off to rent some movies and edit!! The movies help when I am waiting for stuff to render and have nothing to do!!

R.A.T. Good

Start to Finish

I was commissioned to do an art piece for a couple's anniversary. My brother's friend's wife asked me to do a piece for the occasion, and this is what I came up with!

Her initials are NES and his are SSS, so I put her initials in his eye and his in hers. Since they are married, they are now a part of eachother, and I thought this would be a good representation of that kind of connection!

I love getting to do a piece that means something, and anniversaries are so special. I am just honored that I got the privilege of being able to make his gift from her!

Hollywood Paws

I love anytime I get to go onto a movie lot!! It is so inspiring and exciting! I can't wait until I get to drive onto one everyday for work because I am filming a movie, or what not! I just love Hollywood!

My friend Taylor Randall was directing a commercial yesterday for Hollywood Paws, http://www.hollywoodpaws.com, and I agreed to help out/film the behind the scenes footage!!









The commercial was shoot at LA Center Studios which is right in downtown Los Angeles!









There was another commercial being shoot at the same time as us right in front of where we were filming, so I got a picture of their wardrobe trailers lol!









I feel in love with one of the stars, Diesel, this adorable black bull dog!









I had a blast, got to play with adorable puppies and film for a couple of hours! I can't think of a better way to spend my Sunday!

Citizen Smith

Oh boy, I only got 4 hours sleep last night!! My friend Ashley, (<--The hot blonde next to me), invited me out to her friends birthday bash!

Last night, we were just going to just go to "God Chicks", which is this really cool thing once a month for our church, and then go see Baby Mamma (LOVE TINA FEY), and call it a night!

Oh boy did plans change! Ashley had spent all day by the pool for her friend's b-day, and the birthday party extended into the night! We went to this really cool club in Hollywood called Citizen Smith and talked/danced/and acted silly all night! Pictures! I have pictures!

God Chicks showed a video from youtube, how cool is my church lol! They know that youtube is the best! Rock on!









Citizens Smith was jammed, but we found our own little bubble space on the patio!

I am going to go rush and get ready! I am helping my friend Taylor Randall, who directs some of my vids on a commercial he is shooting for Hollywood Paws!! I will take lot's of pictures if I can! It is shooting on LA Center Studios movie lot, *sigh* I love just when I get on the lots lol!!
